Lee has been brilliant since my 1st visit making everything easy to understand and was very willing to help me with my promotion claim when I came to collect my phone. 2nd visit collecting my new phone again service excellent and easy to understand and as promised helped me with my promotion claim

Fantastic customer service...
My son wanted to change mobile provider and move over to Vodafone. Emily was a wonderful help in discussing which plan would be the most beneficial to suit his needs. Everything was dealt with fantastic customer care, making it a great overall experience. We will definitely recommend Vodafone to others.
