Amazing service from Liam

Liam (who served us) was extremely helpful.it helping my wife find the best deal for her needs.

Liam was polite, patient and extremely helpful.

Previously, he had helped me with my phone, so it was a great relief to have that assistance again

Called in the Bolton shop today for a replacement sim the young man who served us pointed out we could get better deals on some of our number (family account) sat and explained everything to us and had us up and running in no time

I made a 24 months contract of £54/m in 2022, they changed it to £77/m for 36 months.
Would you pay £77/m for an iPhone?
They claim they don't have access to our data and contract online and we have to visit thr branch.
Their own staff admitted the price is ridiculous but said they can't help.
