Problem solvers - no 1 team

Team took time to find a deal for my wife whilst solving a connectivity issues with my I watch, which hasn’t functioned at all , over two years.
Confident that whole issue will be recorded so that I can claim back fees for service that I haven’t used.
And a happy team Gari and Lari

Brighton Store - Nick, Nat and Ollie were amazing

Nick, Nat and Ollie were all superb in helping make the selection of phone to upgrade to, and the upgrade process itself as seamless and straightforward as possible.

Well done to all these individuals for making the experience very much customer first. I can't recommend this store enough.

Great experience

Leon helped me get a new phone and set up a new contract after mine got stolen. He was very friendly and processed everything quickly, I was relieved to be able to get a new phone!

I had a great experience in Vodafone

I had a great experience in Vodafone, Jay the manager was very friendly and helped me with a great deal on my phone and I even switched my Home BroadBand too! Would highly recommend! Thanks
