Chris, Vodafone Broadstairs is top of his game!
Chris, one of the assistants, was extremely helpful, he listened to my problem query and immediately put my mind at rest that he would not let me leave the building until he'd solved my issues. The complexity of my problem took over 40 minutes to resolve at a first level, and reassured me that a member of the care team would contact me to complete resolution of my original problem. Chris showed complete understanding, enormous patience, and mastery of the complexities of "a digital upgrade". He is a brilliant attribute to Vodafone Broadstairs.

Store staff were amazing unlike the…
Store staff were amazing unlike the online bot and reps over the phone who were I am sorry to say useless - the phone staff did not appear to have any depth of interest or knowledge apart from the last lady I spoke to. Store staff - Henry, Chris and Ali were fab in the Ramsgate store!!!

I visited voda phone store in Westwood…
I visited voda phone store in Westwood this morning. Conner was extremely helpful and resolved all my problems.. he was friendly and I enjoyed talking to him. When my contract is up with sky broadband I will switch to voda phone broadband. Conner has given me all the information. And I realise I can save a lot of money by ditching sky.

Upgraded phone today at Westwood Cross…
Upgraded phone today at Westwood Cross Broadstairs and was supported by Connor Barham Assistant Manager who we have got to know over the years being loyal customers. Connor as always was exceptional and even when the shop closed he continued to seek the best deal for us. Customer service provided was as always fantastic going above and beyond.
