Harvey was extremely friendly and helpful whilst he helped me upgrade my phone. The whole process was very easy 10/10 customer service !!

Both Joshua and Caleb go above and beyond.
Both Joshua and Caleb could not have been more helpful in resolving a couple of issues I was having that I had been unable to overcome. Professional, helpful and knowledgeable, they set about fixing the problems I was having with the app, (seems I was trying to use the wrong one), and making my claim for the fee I had been charged by my previous broadband supplier for breaking contract. I cannot recommend them too highly as every visit I have made to the Burgess Hill Vodafone store has made me feel valued as a customer.

New Phone Contract - Vodafone store in 'Burgess Hill'…
We visited a Vodafone store in 'Burgess Hill (West Sussex)' on 4th June 2026, where we were greeted by an exemplary advisor. The purpose of our visit was for me to update my iPhone contract as my 24-month phone contract had recently expired. The advisor who helped us (Max) was extremely helpful and walked me through my options on how to reduce my contract. We walked away really happy that I'd reduced my contact by nearly 40% monthly expenditure. We as consumers don't often praise individuals who provide great service. In this case, that is what we are doing. Thank you, Max, for supporting us with our much-needed guidance!! We also received great service from i-Tech with a replacement screen-protector, thank you!!
