Excellent customer service at your Burgess Hill branch - in particular 0liver and Dylan.

Staff very helpful

Staff very helpful. Max sorted out problem with phone, everything clearly explained in words that I understood.I give Max 5 stars for being such a nice friendly person.

A very positive experience

A very positive experience. I always come to the Burgess Hilll store, eventhough I could use a closer store. Staff are very approachable and friendly. They are knowledgable and make sure you get the best deal and the right one for you. Very happy with the service Dylan provided.

Over several visits to the store I have…

Over several visits to the store I have only good things to say ! Dylan was great with advising what was best for an upgrade for myself, and subsequently setting up a whole new phone for my daughter.
Great advice and knowledge and always helping with a great deal.
