Max was excellent
Max was excellent. It wasn’t just that he saved me money but he was creative in how we structured my contracts, as well as being charming and funny in what, let’s face it, is a fairly mundane task of taking you through a contract. He’s an asset to Vodafone! Also, he helped to sort out some issues with an iPhone, not just upgrading me to different contracts.

Excellent customer service
Went in to discuss my contract and options available. Dylan was SUPER HELPFUL, not only did he offer me the best options but also addressed some issues on the account which I didnt know about. Thank you very much Dylan, your customer service is an asset to any company.

Today I went to my Local Burgess Hill…
Today I went to my Local Burgess Hill Vodafone shop to renew my plan and was greeted by Max. The entire experience was a pleasure, Max was so knowledgably and explained everything I wanted to know. I left with a new 2 year plan that I am very happy with. Max is a true asset to the company and it is because of experiences like this that I have stayed with Vodafone since 2017. Please Pass this praise onto his manager.
