The young man at the customer service desk couldn't have been more helpful. He solved a problem reconnecting my phone signal in minutes, which I had spent hours trying to solve. Although my contract is with Vodafone, the handset wasn't, but he was still most obliging whilst sorting my problem out and told me to come back in store if I had any other issues. Refreshingly polite, extremely competent and extremely friendly customer service. Dave Oakden

One of the worst network I have ever…

One of the worst network I have ever been with, the signal is absolutely rubbish and they just wasting your time by saying there's a tactical problem in your area, it should get better within 5 days

Went in to store today to get a new phone and airtime plan and Patrick was very helpful in talking through the different options and finding me the best deal there was. Would highly recommend.

Joe was really really helpful in the whole process. We were ordering a new phone and the way he explained each and everything in so much detail. Excellent behaviour and truly professional. Would recommend Joe to everyone 👍🏻
