Liam was extremely helpful in trying to sort out the pop ups on my phone which was stopping me from using it plus we looked at costs for broadband and he has saved me money so a productive visit

Liam was extremely helpful good service

Liam was extremely helpful in trying to sort out the pop ups on my phone which was stopping me from using it plus we looked at costs for broadband and he has saved me money so a productive visit

Alex and Izzy were great
Called into store early this morning - spoke with a polite and helpful young lady Izzy.

She solved my issue with ease and then with the assistance from Alex for an account technical query were fabulous! With employees like this why would I want to go anywhere else except Vodafone!

Exceptional Experience

Been with a different service provider and had the worst experience ever, but from the moment I walked into Vodafone in Cheltenham I met a guy Luther, he didn't just make me feel welcomed, he took his time to listen to my problems, then provided various solutions, and let me go to think about it. I have been thrilled so far because they at Vodafone aren't just there to take your money or meet up their targets they are there to truly help, all the way. Luther is a superstar there. I hope the company also acknowledges the superstars they have in their experience centres cause thats what they are.
