I came into the Cheltenham store today…

I came into the Cheltenham store today to do an upgrade, I was served by a lovely man called Luther, he was very helpful & friendly so I left the store a happy lady, I definitely recommend Luther.

Lydia at Vodafone Cheltenham was…

Lydia at Vodafone Cheltenham was excellent at showing me potential options for my upgrade. She was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I felt I could trust she was getting me the best deal and phone for my needs. She took the stress out of buying a phone, gave me advice and tips on future planning and talked me through the features of the new phone. I’m grateful for her assistance today and would recommend visiting a shop where the assistance is incredibly helpful!

I went into the store to get a replacement SIM card

I went into the store to get a replacement SIM card and Lydia assisted me. She was very friendly and helpful. Was a great service.

Arun sorted out a new contract phone…

Arun sorted out a new contract phone for myself and a new and better SIM card contract for my wife. No fuss, no hard sale jargon. Very professional but also very friendly. Very pleased with the result.
