My experience was fantastic
My experience was fantastic. Jack was so helpful he sorted out new contract for my daughter better phone and price. Would highly recommend anyone to visit the shop at Chester-le-street. They are so friendly and helpful.

Really lovely friendly knowledgeable and professional. Liv - helped me through upgrading my two Son’s phones and went out of her way to give us all the necessary advice we needed on the best plans for us to choose. I would definitely recommend going into the actual Vodafone shops rather than just going online ! I received much more information and help and without Liv’s help I would’nt have upgraded both of my sons’ phones today. Excellent in every way. Recommend 100%++++++
