Went to Vodafone shop today. Fantastic help from Jay who looked into our case as the people we rang up did not help. Thank you so much Jay You went above and beyond and explained everything.

Great help as always

Ebony sorted moving to a sim only contract for my Mam and helped ups understand how to transfer the account from myself to her to make it an easy experience. Mandy also supported with some extra information around the contracts as she has transferred her own accounts so talked us through a customer experience. Great help from the girls as always :)

Ebony, Callum and Mandy were amazing help today, so lovely and friendly. Made sure everything was explained fully and that I had the best phone for me, very happy with my experience, will definitely be back in the future x
