Great customer service from Stephanie
I received great customer service from Stephanie when I wanted to upgrade my SIM to include data. There was no hard sell, she explained all the offers available to me and let me choose the best deal for my needs. It was all set up in no time

I`m here to say a big thank you to Caleb who done a great costumer service . I needed to renew my mobile phone contract and Caleb was very friendly and professional in the way of giving me the options and suggesting witch one would be the best to suit my needs.

The staff at the Eastbourne store could…
The staff at the Eastbourne store could not have been more helpful. They took the time to help me sort out various devices linked to my contract. Nothing was too much trouble. I would not change from Vodafone purely because of the helpful team in Eastbourne.
