Thea was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She efficiently and politely explained new contract details and offer great value for money deals. Saved me some money and upgraded my device. Great service provided all round. Thank You

Really great advice

Really great advice, help and service from Thea. She was very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and she patiently explained answers to my naive questions!
I got the perfect phone and plan through the advice given.

Exceptional experience at Ely store

I was thinking about upgrading using the Vodafone app but passed the Vodafone store and popped in to look at options. I was assisted by Ana and was so impressed with her that i decided to upgrade in store. I had just 30 minutes until an appointment but Ana worked quickly to ensure everything was completed in record time. I think the overall level of service Ana provided was EXCEPTIONAL and i would definitely choose to upgrade in store over doing it online to benefit from this high level of personalised support and experience. I love my new phone, feel i got a very reasonable deal and cant thank Ana enough: she was truly outstanding.

Harry was fantastic

Harry was fantastic! Asked questions to find out what I needed from new phone and contract & found me a brilliant new deal - cheaper than what I was paying! He was thorough & gave me options to consider giving me plenty of time to think about options. Highly recommend, thank you Harry for your help :)

Great technical support from Ana

Thea in Ely Branch. Superb customer service

Been with Vodaphone for 9 years now.. and the staff in branch are fabulous. Went in just before Xmas to order a new phone. I have 4 contracts for phones and a broadband contract. Thea served me both in December and yesterday 9/07/25. She takes the time to go thru the best deals and explains things very clearly. Truly an asset to the Company and nothing is too much trouble for her customers

Thea was absolutely brilliant

Thea was absolutely brilliant, my wife and i both came in to the store to look for an upgrade and Thea was patient and explained everything thoroughly and answered every question that we had, made the whole process very easy!
