The member of staff was extremely helpful when choosing a new phone and very patient in explaining its features. She also set up the new phone for me and had a very friendly manner.

Laura is amazing
Laura the manager epitomises excellent customer service and immense knowledge in the technical attributes of the phones available from Vodafone.

Needed a new phone so went into the…
Needed a new phone so went into the shop to sort it and trade my old one in. Had to come back later for the trade in so Laura could transfer my data from phone to phome. She is very efficient and friendly
