Daniel dealt with my malware issue on my phone quickly and efficiently. He gave me lots of useful advice too, all at no cost. Would heartily recommend. Big car park behind the shop so no worries about the town being gridlocked.

I visited the Vodafone shop in Farnham…

I visited the Vodafone shop in Farnham and was helped by Mason, who managed to get me a much better deal on my monthly SIM card plan.

Mason was very helpful and friendly, and I’m extremely pleased with my new deal. Thank you, Mason, for your excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience with…

I had an excellent experience with amazing help, support and advice from Nikki the Farnham Vodafone store manager. I couldn't resolve my problems over the phone - it turned out to be very complicated and if it hadn't been for Nikki's skilled and thorough help we still wouldn't have resolved it. Her support has kept us as vodafone customers.

First class! I particular choose to visit the Farnham branch because Nikki and colleagues are second to none in the high street tech industry - providing a perfect balance of customer service and getting the job done. Trust and professional integrity are hard to find. Long live the branch - able to problem solve and deliver with a smile. I have just renewed my contract because of the service / the people there.
