I was helped by Munya today, 18 September, when I came into the store to enquire about my broadband and see whether I could upgrade. Munya took the time to go through everything with me, explained my current contract clearly, and showed me that it was still active. He was very professional, patient and helpful throughout, and made sure I understood everything before I left. I visited the Vodafone store in Hanley…
I visited the Vodafone store in Hanley to renew my SIM-only contracts and was assisted by Iftab. He was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout.
He explained the available deals clearly and made the whole process simple and straightforward. I was very happy with the service and decided to renew both of my accounts for another 2 years.
