I went to my local store in Hanley Stoke-on-Trent, and was met by a friendly gentleman called Sam .He was fantastic, I mean this guy was so knowledgeable and accommodating to my needs ,articulate and bright .Seriously give this guy a promotion or some other company will steal Him 👍

Went in to get a new phone after work…
Went in to get a new phone after work today and was looked after by a lovely man called Sam. Helped me get a brand new phone and contract and also upgraded me to a brand new watch after we got chatting. Really helpful and chatty and great experience overall.

Great customer service
Munyaradzi at Vodafone Hanley was so helpful and understanding. He helped me with my final decision on what type of phone plan I wanted. He took time to explain everything which made my final decision much more easier. The Hanley branch staff were all accommodating and helpful too.
