Great service from Will at the Eldon square branch
Had alot of complicated issues that needed resolved in a short time period, Will was extremely helpful and patient throughout the whole process and absolute 10/10 experience, a great ambassador for the company Will deserves alot of credit!

I visited the Newcastle store today ,I was greeted by Jemma ,who helped with a sim for replacement phone Jemma helped set it up with advice on how and what to do to download pics ,apps etc .She was patient, helpful and put me at ease .Thankyou so much you exceeded my expectations today
