I’m really sorry to hear about the repeated disconnections you’ve been experiencing over the past few nights. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when it’s affecting your service consistency during the evenings.

Intermittent disconnections can sometimes be linked to network congestion during peak usage hours, local network changes, or technical issues with the line or equipment. That said, I appreciate that this is not the level of service you expect, particularly if this hasn’t been an issue for you previously.
