Vodafone shop at Newmarket great staff

Just visited Vodafone shop at Newmarket and Tuhin help me with few problems I had. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helpful, very grateful to him for all his help today.

Attended Newmarket store at 0910am on…

Attended Newmarket store at 0910am on saturday 21st June, only 2 vodafone representatives in store, no aircon and doors have to be kept closed and locked.
It's now 1024am and we still haven't been served :( extremely understaffed, customers queuing outside door, vodafone staff that are here have to keep attending to customers waiting outside the shop to explain, another potential customer has come in but requesting phone charger causing further delays and problems.
Not a good business model at all Vodafone 😞

I have had excellent service from Tuhin…

I have had excellent service from Tuhin at the Newmarket shop. He was patient and courteous and helped enormously with the transfer of information from my previous phone, which was dead.

Great experience-Thank you!

I had a great experience with Sree from Vodafone Newmarket. He was very professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He listened to my issue, explained things clearly, and resolved everything much faster than I expected. It’s rare to get such efficient and polite service these days—thank you for making the process stress-free!

Got to be happy with Vodafone

Sree was really efficient and did the maths to make sure I ended up paying even less than I had hoped. A new phone and contract halving my costs.

Olly’s great customer service!

Olly helped us change broadbands and gave us the best deal. He was so friendly and chatty, making the experience very positive. Will definitely be coming back!
