Olly was fantastic from the moment I walked into the store.
Listened to what I needed phone & lifestyle wise and arranged a deal perfectly.
Didn't feel pressured to buy and Olly even discussed how I was getting on with my Vodafone home WiFi which is great.
10/10 service, would 100% recommend.

Shout-out to Olly sales person
The sales advisor been amazing to be honest. Thats the first thing i want to say. His name was Olly
Already had a contract at Vodafone and wanted a new one with a new phone. They did not had in stock what I wanted but I have been offered a better phone at same price after adjusting phone and plan data. Can't say I wasn't happy after going in the shop honestly.

I first saw OLLY on Sunday 26/7 after being misled by EE and 02 not being able to help
I was reluctant to leave Vodafone but had been told I had to due to changing other facilities at home after my husbands death
Olly advised me to return to see him on the Wed 29th when we could sort out the problem
This was done and all my concerns were dealt with and I was able to continue my long term account with Vodafone
Both Olly and his trainer Ash were helpful, thoughtful considerate and understanding
I am very happy to have my account with Vodafone

Phone and broadband upgrade supported by Olly
I needed a new phone and to review my broadband plan. Olly explained the plans available to me and all costs involved. He explained the pros and cons of each phone option,taking in to account my preferences, rather than pushing to make a sale. He then supported with scheduling a engineer to upgrade my broadband while reducing my monthly cost.

Sree was extremely helpful and understanding and went above and beyond what my initial request was and I ended up with a far better and greatly enhanced deal for my mobile, which wasn’t what I’d originally gone into store for. Sree’s expertise and patience was greatly appreciated.

Thank goodness for Olly
The accidental drowning of my phone brought me to the Newmarket store quite distressed and anxious.
Olly provided me with a shiny new upgrade phone and reviewed my contracts ( to my benefit) all with the utmost aplomb.
Olly is a shining example of why physical stores with capable real humans must always remain.

Dream team
Having smashed my phone, I needed a replacement quickly, with as much of my data salvaged as possible, without costing the earth... Olly and Dan at the Newmarket store understood the assignment! While Olly quickly went through my options for a new phone, and found a way to save money on my existing plan, Dan found a unit that was immediately available and then worked his magic to back up as much of the data that he could from my damaged phone.
I had feared a really long and complex process of getting a new phone sorted at short notice, but this dream team had me out the door in under an hour with just a few updates etc left to do to finish setting up the new device.
I was so glad I decided to go in store rather than try to go it alone online.
