Super helpful staff
Came in to sort out adding broadband to my account. Olly was fantastic. I explained I'm with Virgin currently and Olly took extra time to check that they can switch me still without me contacting Virgin. He took me through all 3 packages on offer from best budget right through to fastest available with added WiFi boosters.

Excellent Customer Service - Newmarket Branch
We were served by Sree at the Newmarket branch today. My 78yo Mother wanted to switch provider and Sree was able to assist. He was incredibly helpful and reassuring during this process. He explained everything in a way she could understand and was patient and kind. He has restored her faith in customer service!

Sree couldn’t have been anymore helpful. It was very quick and easy to sort an upgrade and a sim only for my son. Very nice guy and helped us get the best deal and cost 👍

Reinstatement of mobile number; TUHIN‘s great effort
My pay-as-you-go Vodafone number was disconnected after expiry of a bundle in May although it was used during April and not been left idle for months. It is not clear why this was the case. TUHIN was an excellent advisor and was able to contact the relevant department and got the number reinstated for me; very helpful, knowlegdable and an exemplary representative of Vodafone. Many thanks!

Nothing is too difficult for the Newmarket Team.
Once again exceptional service from Tuhin and the team at Newmarket. Where their competitors struggle, nothing is too much effort for Newmarket, hence we now have all family numbers and broadband accounts with them. Thanks again for making it smooth and easy.

We found Sree to be really helpful
We found Sree to be really helpful. He explained everything very clearly. He made sure we understood all aspects of what the contract would be costing each month and what we were getting for that. Highly recommend and definitely would use again
