Edward was so helpful in sorting out our problem logging into the Vodafone app. He went through everything very clearly with us and sorted everything out with us. Nothing was too much trouble.

Switching Provider
I visited Vodafone today, as I wanted to start a new SIM only deal and move my existing phone number to Vodafone. I was served by Edward, who was very welcoming, helpful and had excellent customer service skills. He talked me through the whole process and was very clear and understanding.
