Sufyaan was fantastic in explaining me…

Sufyaan was fantastic in explaining me the difference between 120 GB and unlimited data. He worked very hard to find me the best deal and I’m very happy with my new plan. He did not try to sell me other things. He was very honest, particularly about the difference between 5G and 5G Ultra. He was a good listener and based out conversation on what I currently have as a phone which I find amazing as he is showing a lot of care and support in helping me as a customer. Thank you for all your help.

Wonderful experience

Dan in oxford town centre helped…

Dan in oxford town centre shop helped my get the settings done right on the phone.massive help, no hassle as some local shops wouldn't help at all.

Really excellent efficient professional…

Really excellent efficient professional and friendly service from Nathan in Oxford Vodafone shop. We are a couple in our eighties confused regarding our Vodafone mobile, broadband and landline account. He sorted out, explained and organised a new contract for each which resulted in a saving of more than £12 each month. He was extremely patient and caring- altogether
an excellent role model for Vodafone who deserves recognition and a pay rise- posted by Chris and Sheila Romney who are very satisfied customers

Excellent service

I came into the Vodafone store, I was having a lot of trouble with my Vodafone data but the sales advisor tolis helped me out a lot, I went into store thinking I was going to get a £11 deal for 40 gb of data a month however he gave me a much better deal of 120gb a month with roaming in European countries for just £20!

Paul, to go to for in store assistance in Oxford Cornmarket

I am not tech savvy. I went into Oxford Cornmarket St store for in-person assistance. I got this amazing customer service experience with Paul. He got me the most ideal airtime & device plans for my needs. Experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and grasped the key elements for my mobile airtime & device requirements. So glad Vodafone has Paul in Oxford.
