Matt was fantastic

I went into store with my mum and I both having issues with our phones and Matt sorted both of us and managed to get me a fantastic new deal and saved me money in the process. I would highly recommend!

Superb customer experience

We must commend Joey for her outstanding customer service.Her advice was excellent when purchasing a new phone .Later in the day when we discovered a problem ,she quickly resolved the issue in a cool ,clear and professional manner.Thank you so much from two technology dinosaurs.!

Everytime I go into Vodafone Penzance

Everytime I go into Vodafone Penzance, the lads and ladies are amazing and always get things sorted. They don't try and send you anything just want to help and you can either have a laugh and giggle with them. Would 100% recommend this shop.

I am very happy with my visit to the…

I am very happy with my visit to the Vodafone shop recently (7/03/2025). Joey and Alyssia couldn't have been more helpful. Explained all I needed to know, were kind and patient with all my queries. Thank you for having a local shop with people I can talk to face to face, long may we keep human assistants in all shops.

It's been a very long time since I've…

It's been a very long time since I've taken a phone contract out but the experience I had today was amazing and although I didn't get the phone I planned Matt help me make a better informed decision so happy with my experience and would 100% advise a visit
