Excellent customer service from Tom
Tom was extremely professional, polite and helpful, he explained everything regarding the contracts clearly. We are very happy with the excellent service at Vodafone in Scarborough and have been helped by Tom several times each time he has been great!

Friendly efficient service
Met as I entered in a very friendly manner.
I knew what handset I wanted prior to entering the store.
Was not given the "hard sell" when I decided to leave and think the offer over.
Both Tom and Leanne were helpful throughout and the process of the purchase was handled efficiently.
I was aware of the £200 cashback but no details on the paperwork were given as to how to claim and entirely my fault that I forgot to ask.

Being of nature years, technology at times has me baffled so what a relief it was to meet an assistant called James.

EXCELLENT Service at The Scarborough Store
I visited the Scarborough Store today to purchase a new phone. I was served by Olivia who very professional,easy to talk to,answered all my questions & made buying a new phone so easy.
All the data was transferred & I even got an excellent deal for my home phone/broadband package by moving from a very expensive Talk Talk.
My Aunt was also with me & she changed to Vodafone for home phone & Broadband package from a very expensive BT.
Tom the Store Manager was also very helpful & was extremely knowledgeable about everything.
Thank you for a great experience,excellent customer service.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff.
I've been to this store several times since deciding to change my mobile network and Internet provider.
The staff here are very polite and always willing to help, they are also very knowledgeable about the products they sell.
On this particular day, my brother decided he wanted a new tablet. The assistant was more than helpful, and even linked the new tablet to my brothers phone.
Excellent customer service, which I find is becoming increasingly rare these days.
