Vodaphone shop visit
Had to wait quite a while to be seen (not staffs fault just busy and three staff on)
When serverd Tom was very good,pleasent and got me a good deal.
I wanted to cancel my tablet I no longer use but had to do it online would of been better to be able to do it in the shop. Again not the fault of the staff in the shop.

Broadband contract
Both myself and my Mum called into the Vodafone store to speak about our broadband contract. We spoke to the assistant manager Tom he found us a great deal and saved us some money.He really couldn’t do enough for us. I found Tom to be very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. He really is a credit to Vodafone.

Great service
Tom made everything easy, explaining changes and saving us some money. He was helpful and friendly, making the whole process of renewing our broadband and mobile contracts an actual pleasure and not a hassle as most things are today.

Tom was great at the Scarborough store, well experienced and clear with everything they said, there was nothing we were concerned about thanks to they're informed points. You're in good hands when Tom is sorting out your phone issues/upgrades at Vodaphone

I was with vodaphone in Scarborough
I was with vodaphone in Scarborough. Terrible signal. Put up with it for ages then eventually went in the shop who told me to go elsewhere so I'm now with EE.
Got a debt letter off Lowell this morning claiming I owe 60 for a month I didn't even use.
Not very happy one bit!!!!

Scarborough Store, April
April in the Scarborough store was amazing. Worked way beyond her 4pm finish to get me the best deal. She sorted me out a cheaper tariff and a new handset at no additional cost! I'd only popped in to ask a question!

Great service in Scarborough
Vodafone shop in Scarborough. I was seen by April and she was fantastic. I'm not very technical and she was very patient and professional. She listened to what I was looking for and explained everything clearly.
I have come away with an upgraded phone and a cheaper monthly cost. I know I can pop in if I have any questions. I saw both April and Alex supporting customers Brilliantly. I am very impressed with April. I hope this feedback will be passed on to her. Thank you.
