My experience was very relaxed. Anil is a very good member of the Vodafone team. He explained the issues that I was having with my bill. I am satisfied with the explanations and that this will sort the problem.

Moved to Vodafone
I came in to see what Vodafone can offer as my contract with EE runs out at the end of the month and I found it refreshing to see that Vodafone has employees that care about the service they provide.
Anil, based at Vodafone Stevenage, is one of the employees I would reccomend to have as an advisor when you evaluateyour choices. 10/10 for me

An excellent customer service from…
An excellent customer service from Gertrude during a few times visiting the branch. She went over and beyond my expectation to sort out my previous issues I had with third party sold me packages, she tried her best to recover my number and eventually managed to offer me a great package suitable to my needs. She's definitely am asset to the company and a gem 💎
Highly recommend her and she'll be my only person to go anytime I'm back in town.

Upgrade query
We spoke with Luana today to see about upgrading. She was very helpful and informative and saved us money, so we took out Broadband too. Would def recommend people to speak with her.
