We visited the Vodafone store in Swansea yesterday and were helped by Maddie a lovely assistant who was so friendly, helpful and polite. Nothing was too much trouble for Maddie and she helped my husband and myself with our phone contracts and had so much patience with us. Every store needs a Maddie.

Katie was very helpful and set up cheaper contracts for both myself and my partner as well as new broadband for the house. She took time to explain everything, listen to what we wanted and was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic service! Walked into the Swansea store looking for a deal on a new phone. Spoke to one of the guys working there, Rowan, who was brilliant from start to finish! Very professional, friendly and knowledgable! Easy to talk to and got a sale agreed in minutes! Highly recommend!!

Vodafone avoid please avoid
have recently had letters from Vodafone saying that I have a device plan with them and they even took money from my account as a direct debit. I was previously with them years ago and left. When I contacted them the device plan no don’t exist and there was no account in my name with them. After investigating they said it was their error and the matter was closed. Since then I keep getting threatening letters saying I ow money and they will report me and pass on my details to a debt collector agency. Since then after numerous attempts and telephone conversations they emailed me and said them matter was resolved and there is no account or outstanding money owing.
Today 04/09/2025 I have received a letter saying that my details have been passed onto a debt collector agency where if I don’t pay the outstanding balance this will be passed onto to my credit report and a default will put against my name.
I feel utterly disgusted and disappointed I honestly thought this was resolved. Vodafone I am taking this matter further
Been in touch with this debt collection agency ZINC credit management my details are now with them and they want funds from me when I don’t ow any and if not payed this will go against me I really 🤔 feel like despite all the evidence I have Vodafone still insist on not resolving the issue issues I will have no option but to contract the financial ombudsman
