Extremely helpful and polite staff

I came into the Swansea Vodafone shop and Josh and Maddie were SO helpful to both myself and my Mum. We bought 2 new contracts and had 2 new phones. Not only did Josh and Maddie help us choose the best phone for us and sort out the transfer of all our data, they helped both of us to sign in (and change passwords where needed) to our apps/emails on our new phones.

Katie is awesome

Came in to Vodafone Swansea to sort an upgrade and do a number transfer, which is always a complicated procedure.

Katie from the team was fantastically helpful, guided us through the whole process smoothly and got us sorted out with minimal fuss. An absolute star and even saved us a bit of money on our broadband!

Katy served me and was excellent, night and day between EE staff and service

Happy friendly face, understood what I wanted and could confirm my fears of being stuck behind a CGNAT can be circumnavigated, they also will be better standard of service, especially since they are buying out three

Great service, no hassle.

I went to the store early on a Monday morning, very stressed and in a rush.
Josh greeted me politely and offered assistance immediately. I explained my issue, knew exactly what I wanted and got to the point, and so did Josh. There was no faffing around, no flourishing and trying to upsell me random items - he was to the point, gave me cheaper alternatives and made sure I had what I needed (cost cap etc)

Josh was informative and very friendly. We had a pleasant conversation which brought my stress levels down and he explained all I needed to know clearly.

The store was quite, clean and all staff were engaged with customers. Great experience overall!

Katie was absolutely fantastic. I could not ask for any better service she built a trust with me and made sure I had the best offer for what I suited my needs.

Katie is a assist to your store and big personality and please do not change.

Great experience

Great experience! Usually dread upgrading my phone but Katie was super helpful and made the transition very easy. Couldn't be happier!

Incompetence costs everyone

Served by Katie. Service light and fresh, which is nice. But the result has been a complete disaster. Her incompetence has resulted in a major set up error, leaving us with ZERO mobile service - and literally hours of personal time and Vodafone staff time to resolve.
