yusuf was amazing at attending to us and ensuring he helped us, gave us a great experience and explained everything in detail so we wasn’t in the dark with our plan. great guy highly recommend

Madalina the Amazing
Madalina was very helpful and gave me the best outcome possible with an upgrade the far past the last contract. I would highly recommend using Vodafone Thurrock. All the staff are friendly and go above and beyond to give the best deals. They even catered with the air-conditioning. Thanks for the help Madalina.

Every time I visit
Every time I visit, I am met with the best level of service. We have built and maintained a long term relationship with Alia and always come back to see her! Store is so helpful and all colleagues are knowledgable and approachable, which is the main reason we have remained with Vodafone for so long!

Tolu & Alia
People are quick enough to complain - but never to praise!
Todays experience was superb at the Lakeside Branch, I upgraded my phone/package and my mum also changed her plan.
From start to finish the team were helpful, had patience, informative, I am rubbish with technology but Tolu & Alia went over and above to ensure both phones up and running.
The whole branch had a great atmosphere and team feel.

We had a great experience in the vodafone lakeside store.
Nav served us, he was extremely patient to explain us everything and find the best deals for us. Very kind and funny person.
Also, Sam, the store manager, has jumped in to help Nav with a small issue about my contract.
Great customer service and great communication.

The staff at the shop were brilliant
The staff at the shop were brilliant, helpful and very professional. Paola took her time to explain all the options available for my upgrade. I was guided through the process and it helped me to make a good decision to upgrade. I am really grateful guys. Keep up the good work.
