Was greeted by a smiley face

Was greeted by a smiley face, who was so happy to help. I was with my daughter and Anthony even interacted with her. He made the whole experience very relaxing and stress free.

Really helpful staff

Was in Vodafone in lakeside, Thurrock today dealing with Anthony to set up a new mobile contract. He was super helpful, answered all my questions (I’m not very tech!). He was so polite and friendly, he made it easy to do and a really good experience. Would highly recommend this store.

First class customer service from Tolulupe (Thurrock)

I received the most incredible customer service from Tolulupe at the Thurrock, Lakeside store. I had visited on two consecutive days and was told previously that nothing could be done immediately and I'd have to come back. I met Tolulupe on my third visit and he went above and beyond to ensure I left with a completed job. I was not able to use my phone for almost a week but after Tolulupe's persistence I was finally able to use it. Thank you Tolulupe for your willingness to assist me in what felt like a frustrating situation. First class customer service!

Yusif at Lakeside absolutely brilliant

Yusif is the guy to see, whatever issue you might be having or wanna save money with very competitive deals, Yusif couldn’t have been more helpful

maria was so lovely and helpful

maria was so lovely and helpful. we came to see if we could upgrade my mums sim plan. she was very honest, open and transparent. she wanted to help find the best deal for my mum and didn’t feel like she was chasing a sale. interactions like that and people like. maria make customers want to come back for the experience. big thank you to maria? hope she gets the recognition she deserves!:)

Upgrading 4 phones.

Maria was amazing! She was friendly and so polite.
Managed to save us on all 4 phones.
Managed to upgrade all 4 which not all takes ages, but she done it so efficiently and made time fly by!
Great sense of humour and professionally throughout!
Deserves a pay rise for upgrading 4 phones in such short time 👍

Today I went to Vodafone Shop in Lakeside and I’ve been served by a girl named Olivia, not the best experience I had, I wasn’t even seated , very cold approach , not profesional at all. Hands in her pocket when she was talking to me. Vodafone is known for professionalism and customer care.
Disappointed !
