I would like to give special thanks to Maddy at Vodafone for the outstanding service she provided.
Maddy went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best value for our money each month. She took the time to carefully explain all of our options and helped us choose the package that suited our needs best.
She was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and never once seemed frustrated. Her focus was on making sure we were happy and that our money was being spent wisely.
Excellent customer service from a genuinely lovely person. Maddy is a real credit to Vodafone, and we are extremely grateful for all of her help.

We visited Vodafone Lakeside, with the intention of receiving information and perhaps buying an iPhone. We were immediately greeted by Alia. During the conversation with her, she showed professionalism, presenting us with all the possible options and gave us the chance to choose the most convenient product for us. I visited the Vodafone store at the beginning of the month and had such a lovely experience thanks to Maria. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
Not only did she help me set up my phone quickly and efficiently, but she also went the extra mile and sorted out a SIM card for my laptop as well. Everything was explained clearly, and she made the whole process feel effortless.
We even had such a nice conversation about uni, which made the visit feel personal rather than just transactional. Maria is simply amazing — professional, kind, and truly cares about her customers. Thank you again!
