Kyle went above and beyond to help in everyday possible, he was really friendly and took an interest into our life with our dogs

Tom is a real asset…
My husband and I visited the store on Saturday to sort a new mobile phone contract. We had already been to the EE shop and received very poor customer service, so were so grateful to be dealt with by Tom. He was such a pleasant young man. Very friendly, yet professional and listened to what we wanted and came up with a great deal. He didn't rush us, didn't try to sell unnecessary extras and took the time to help transfer data. Tom is real asset to the shop and was a pleasure to deal with.

Tom in Worcester is very friendly, professional, he possesses excellent attention to what my needs were. His best qualities were listening, clearly asking for confirmation that he understood my needs in a very simple manner, he walked me through the entire process without a rush, yet very promptly, and his friendly skills.

Good service, no pressure
Right from the start I received helpful in formation, from Will, about the iPhone 16. Different options were explained and I did not feel pressured to buy any one product.
This has made me willing to go to Vodafone when my current broadband contract expires.
