Needed to renew my 3 contract and Shauna managed to do this in no time at all. In addition, she arranged for extra roaming charges for when I am in Europe so great result all round! Many thanks.

Jack made the phone upgrade easy
He advised on my trade in options and listened to my phone wish list
It was a change to have a natural straight forward conversation rather than being overwhelmed with jargon
Only downside is his choice in football!

Jodi was very helpful and went above and beyond to try to resolve the issue I have of renewing my broadband essentials contract. She was respectful of my disabilities and reassured me that if the department concerned fail to respond then she would raise a complaint on my behalf.
