Racheal was super helpful

Racheal was super helpful, she knew loads about the products and was able to find a phone and plan that suited my budget. Didn’t feel pressured or anything to buy just felt like she was doing the right thing for me.

Successful visit to Vodafone wythenshawe

Jake provided perfect customer service, he was warm and welcoming and explained everything clearly, I would definitely recommend visiting the wythenshawe store

Professional

Dealt with Jake the assistant manager at Vodafone Wythenshawe, he was very professional and gave me the best deal that suited me. Service was great.

Fantastic!!!

We visited the store today and dealt with Jake, who was great. Fantastic customer service, and made the whole process very easy to switch over from another network - helped with the PAC and phone set up.

Jake was very helpful with the problem I came in with but also told me I could save money on my plan, no pressure to buy anything I didn’t want to but also helped with travel passes for roaming for an upcoming holiday. Genuine interest and great service

Jake was amazing even though I wasted over an hour of his time with a SIM issue that he had previously explained wouldn't work. Such a calm guy...... love him.
