Vatican Tour Highlights.
The tour was very fast in order to cover the main highlights of Vatican. Nothing is perfect and since the tourist crowd was overwhelming, the narration by the coordinator guide was hit or miss in hearing it. Overall, it was a good tour.

The tour guide was awesome. If I remember it was rain that day. Very interesting and so much information. The coliseum was my favorite part.

Wonderful guides
All of the tour guides we had in Italy - Pompeii, Rome, Florence, Venice - were fabulous. They were educated, knowledgeable, interesting, and passionate about what they do.

What a memorable day!
This was the best of all the tours we took in Italy (and we took a lot!). The guide was knowledgable and personable, and able to incorporate "bonus" material on the fly, such as when a shopkeeper popped out of a store to add info about a local product he featured. The three stops offered amazing scenery, history, and shopping; the lunch at the estate winery was delightful, and the wine we ordered arrived stateside flawlessly and at a great value.

Poor communication
I purchased a ticket for March 17, 2026, for the 1:30 Premium Colosseum tour, but when I received my tickets, the time had been changed to 8:30. I was not notified of the time change nor that the 1:30 tour was not available. I have requested a refund.

We apologies for the change of time. The way the Colosseum ticketing works, sometimes times have to be changed.
I can see a notice was sent on the 9th Jan at 11.38am and was opened 11.55am.
If you are unable to make the tour, we will be happy to provide a refund and you have said you have requested this, which will be confirmed when the team are back in work.
Once again, we are sorry for the change which was out of our control and the allocation was for earlier in the day when the tickets were released.

Prepare for a long and adventurous day!
The meeting place was clearly defined. The tour personnel were very friendly and easily identified. The coach itself was clean and spacious. The planned stops were perfectly placed. The handoff to the Pompeii guide was seamless. She too was terrific. Pompeii was very interesting. Bring lots of water & sunscreen as it’s warm during the summer and there’s little shade protection available. The ride to Sorrento was beautiful and the city is full of shops and restaurants. All in all our family enjoyed this excursion immensely.

Go to Vatican in Nov. Crowded but not stifling.
Our guide was very good and had a good knowledge on the Art works and also the history of the Church and Pope's.

Customer Service Concerns
It took me several days to choose your twilight walking tour for a first-time trip to Rome. As you know, there are many such tours available, but yours seemed to suit me best. I made the reservation weeks before leaving for Rome. A twilight tour! I was truly excited. As I was leaving for the airport to fly to Rome I received a text that my tour was canceled because only I had signed up for the tour. This left me no lead time to reschedule something else. I had none of my travel planning notes with me so I never got to see Rome at night. . .one of the most important items on my travel list.
Your website indicated a timely full refund but I thought I would try to schedule another tour by text. At first, the woman I contacted seemed very engaging and helpful. I said I would meet anywhere and at any time near the time slot I had selected. She said she would get back to me. Then I heard nothing. And nothing for the 3 weeks in Italy plus a month after I returned regarding my refund.
I eventually texted and emailed and would get my refund after unnecessary worry and work. It would take even more time to get my currency exchange refund. I got the sense that I would never have received my refund - that was due to your cancellation, not mine - if I hadn't initiated contact with you and I am worried that this may happen to other travelers signing up for your tours who then lose their tour money.
This episode was surprisingly stressful. I almost called the site your company is listed on to tell them what happened to me, but decided not to.
I hope this is not your standard procedure. For your good name, it is up to you to take the initiative to make things right when plans are disrupted, by either party. I’m afraid this episode has taught me to not so naively sign up for future walking and other tours in general.

I can see you took the Complete Vatican tour with us on the 11th October and there appears to have been no cancellation or issues with this tour.
We do not have a Twilight tour and I cannot locate any further bookings you made with us.
