I am currently claiming with them are they are just dragging their heels. William sives was handling my claim he never kept me updated I always had to chase him up. He has now left the company and my claim gets passed from handler to handler. I was offered a settlement but the 3rd party are now delaying it as long as possible I was told it would be paid to me in 2 to 4 weeks and it's nearly 8 weeks now. This has been dragging on for 2 years.

Could have been better as my settlement a was happy with but 15% I think is a bit much and plus a got told a would have it within 7days so I expected the money to be in my account but when I called a got told another 5 workings for check to clear so in my opinion I should have asked yous to just send the cheque to me rather waiting on you'd clearing it

Just a pity they only do Accident Claims as I would be getting them to deal with everything that required legal representation (and I worked for 42 years in the Legal profession! ) Many thanks to Alexandra Robertson and everyone else involved in my successful claim.

Efficient, proffesional, so happy with the service

I was involved in a motor accident which was entirely the other drivers fault. The other driver did not admit liability to me and also never let me have his insurance details. I wrote a short paragragh of what happened for Watermans to then persue. That was the only details about the accident I ever needed to provide throughout the whole process.

A few months later I received an amount that exceeded my expectations.

I want to thank John Kelly, my claims handler, who was always prompt and efficient when replying to any of my queries and kept me informed as to where things were at any given time.

I was involved in a motor accident claim. I would like to thank Craig Armstrong for his excellent service throughout my claim - he is knowledgable, answering every question I had throughout and responding quickly to all correspondence. I cannot thank you enough for all your help - the other party admitted liability and I received a settlement fee surpassing all my expectations.

I would also like to thank Craig for the time he took to organise around me - as I am overseas in Australia - in setting up a conference call with a medical expert.
