Having been guided through the minefield that is insurance claims of this nature by the excellent and knowledgable Mr John Dillon, I would heartily recommend this company if anyone is thinking of making a claim. Mr Dillon kept me up to speed at every turn, very professional, friendly and kind. Thank you John you are a credit to your company !

From beginning to end my claim was handled very professionally by John Dillon and his staff very satisfied with the result,would definitely use the company again if needed in the future.

Thanks to John Kelly in the Edinburgh office. My claim was dealt with quickly & efficiently. I wasn't going to bother going for a claim as I didn't think I'd be entitled to anything but a year after my accident I was approached by a third party company who put me in touch with waterman's. They did every thing they promised and more from start to finish and always kept me updated by text and email. The end result was much better than I ever expected. I Would definitely recommend watermans to friends & family and would use them again if ever needed.

The service I received from watermans was first class. I was very sceptical at the start but they soon convinced me I was entitled to my compensation. Found Nicola very good to deal with always replied quickly to e-mails and sorted out any queries I had. I would recommend watermans to anyone.

Constantly updating your claim via text notification, phonecall and email and online log in, you are never unsure at what stage you are at with your claim. I was happy to get a settlement figure as i was not going to bother about a personal injury claim in the first place. Only downside was i got sent for a medical report by there chosen doctor who i felt was not bery understanding and took bery little assessment and beleive his words did not match what i thought. He was sticking to a "plot" to a report he had probably wrote before. Had the report been more accurate , i beleive this was backbone to determine what my claim was potentially worth and was poorly carried out. Watermans however i can not fault.
