My claim was handled at all stages with proficiency and attention. At no point did I have to wait long for replies to my enquiries and the final result was, if anything, better than I'd expected. I would highly recommend anyone considering which company to use for their accident claim to go with Watermans, as they have proved to be dedicated experts in their field. 5 stars from me!

After a RTC where a van collided with the back of my car at speed, my vehicle was written off. Between Scott and Jonny, the attention to detail and the care taken to ascertain the full details of my case meant my confidence in the company was shown to be correct and any concerns I had were eased.

Any inconveniences as a result of the accident were minimised due to the attention to their client's needs, including provision of access to suitable medical professionals and other services, such as the use of a hire car, while the claim was being settled.

All in, an excellent service and one that I would happily recommend to those who face a similar situation.

I can trully recommend this company if you need some help in a car accident. My boyfriend and I had a car accident on the roundabout which was hard to solve because the other driver who hit us did not admit to the accident claiming that we changed the line. Watermans took care about everything starting from the repair of our car but also we recived compensation for personal injuries. Everything was perfect. I will recommend them for sure to all my family members or friend in the future.

After I received a claim last year for a £1000 after going to their doctors and waiting 7months I had another claim a year later in which the third party offered me a £1000 right away without medical records watermans advise me not to take it but I decided to take it rather than wait another 7 months but when I received my check it was for £ 850 in which they said there was. A 15% oru ?? Which was never once mention to me it strange how I did not occur this oru??? With my first claim ? Just because I didn't go along with there system very disappointed client so beware of not being told this with your claims D Mccabe

Having been contacted many times over an accident that was involved in in 2012, I decided to take up the opportunity to see if I could claim for, what I felt was a 'minor' injury. Watermans took everything into their hands and followed up and made regular contact with me on progress. Although there was delay in finally closing the claim this was not down to Watermans but a third party company used by the insurance company. I would like to say that Natalie Bruce of Watermans advised me well, and that it has been down to her that I received a very welcome cheque, which I would otherwise have let go.

I would like to reassure anyone considering this company by reporting that my experience was excellent. I had no previous experience of personal injuries or the legal profession fortunately, when I was injured by a motorist while I cycled to my workplace one morning.
I found Watermans quite randomly by contacting a personal injuries website who referred me to Watermans. I was reassured by the very calm and professional telephone presence of John D , the solicitor who made contact with me , before I knew it the process was in motion , I was perfectly confident at all times that my claim was in good hands. The staff employed by the insurers were presumably under pressure to reduce costs of claims and they tried out all the usual ploys to try to minimise the settlement so it took a little patience as each step of the process had to be followed until I received a fair settlement , when they ran out of tricks. I received a very low stress and efficient service from John D. at a time when I was very busy and preoccupied by my own projects. I obviously can only report on my experience but I certainly can say that it was a 100% positive one and I wish John D. and all the team at Watermans well.

I had a work related accident and was passed to watermans solicitirs where I was handled brilliantly by a lady called Heather Tierny who acted professionally, well mannered and dealt with my claim brilliantly, would highly recommend this company and also a pay rise for Heather.

I was in a car accident 3 yrs ago but it wasn't my fault and I never done anything about it then a couple months I was put in touch with Watermans by my car insurance company as I was entitled to a claim as European policies had changed and the time lapsed wasn't a problem as soon as I gave my details and what happen to me and my car over a phone call within a couple of days a lady from Watermans was out at my house getting me to verify what I said and sign the paper work then I was contacted by Natalie who kept me up to speed with how things were going and was always very helpful if I needs advice at any time even on a Saturday which was great it wasn't long and I was made an offer which Natalie and I talked about and decided to decline as we both didn't think was enough then Natalie asked for Watermans to get my medical history of when the accident happened I she wanted me to take a medical with a third party Doctor so he could add his report to the claim for more proof that all went smoothly and straightforward only a couple of weeks after that Natalie called me up and told me that there was another offer on the table way more than Watermans had expected and we both agreed that I would accept it and I did Natalie got my bank details and and with a week of the offer the money will be in my bank cleared and ready to spent all with the help of Natalie Bruce at Watermans am so pleased.

I was in a car accident and used watermans to deal with my claim, they were very professional and done there very best for me , but as the insurers were playing hardball the case went to court and that's when I got moved on to NEIL STEWART, who dealt with my case from then on. I felt that Neil had my best interests in mind and worked very hard getting the other side to make a reasonable offer rejecting any silly ones they gave in the first place.
