The team was always very amenable and supportive throughout the process of buying our property on the Norfolk Broads. We really appreciated their advice and guidance at every stage, which helped make what can often be a stressful experience feel much smoother and more manageable

Having recently dealt with Waterside estate agents I’d like to share my experience. From start to finish Callum, especially was incredibly informative and great fun to deal with, even on a rainy day house viewing. The team kept me in the loop at every juncture.
Also a shout out to Julie Garrod at Lucas and Wild who was dogged in having my corner, very novel.

They are very efficient, knowledgeable, patient and skilled in what they do. Selling my house at a difficult time, Philip gave good advice and was patient with my impatience. Callum was always helpful and positive and between them they got the job done. As a company I think they have all the experience of the Broads riverside market so they are knowledgeable and they work hard to get a sale completed.

I felt that Philip and his team were very polite and professional.
I have always found their brochures and marketing to be noticeably more eye catching because of their excellent photography and it's often those enticing photos that draw you in and compel you to go and view.

Philip is very experienced in the sale of residential property and is able to give sound advice at every turn.

The estate agent dealing with our purchase was knowledgeable, enthusiastic, honest & most importantly, available. When exchange was delayed he was tenacious in chasing the conveyancers & excellent at keeping us updated. These estate agents are excellent. From the original viewing with Callum through to handing over the keys. Just a matter of weeks and all sorted. The agent we dealt with was Callum, who was always very professional, courteous, and nothing was too much trouble for him or the team. Even when the sellers solicitor was being a bit of a problem Callum was always very reassuring and would be on the ball trying to get things sorted ( didn’t really help the seller was abroad ) but thanks to waterside estate everything turned out fine and we would recommend them in a heart beat.

They are a good estate agent for these tricky water side properties in the Norfolk Broads, one of which I recently sold through them. I found them helpful, supportive and attentive after previous transactions failed to complete in a difficult market. Lots of good common sense advice and conscientious progress chasing helped move the property into the hands of some people in a better position to give it some TLC and I hope they will be very happy there.
