Recent purchase
It has been a pleasure liaising with Phillip, Callum and Lucie on our purchase. It was a slightly drawn out process (through no fault of Waterside), but they kept pushing in the right places assisting where they could and giving advice where required. Excellent communications, and they went over and above after the final hurdle when we found it difficult to collect our new keys during working hours. Thank you so much to the team.

Excellent service
Our house was on sale for over 12 months in a quiet market for larger properties. Waterside helped us with pricing, put a super website online (including a walk-through video), brought qualified buyers to see the house, and once a deal was done, lubricated the sale process with well-timed advice and frequent contact.

We were buying and Philip and his team kept us well informed with progress and were patient with our many visits as we deliberated about the purchase. Philip negotiated with tact and sensitivity to enable both parties to meet at a sensible price. Clearly lots of experience with riverside properties.

Excellent Professional Friendly Agents
Excellent Agents with great local knowledge.The team led by Philip helped and advised us through a very complicated sale . They were always professional courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
