I heard more lies from Sergio, first one promising 6.25% interest. He used a lot of bait and switch. He almost lost the deal several times. I would not recommend west to anyone I know.

Doing good so far. Marie was extremely helpful. Very knowledgeable. Now if we can just get set up with SPS. They don't speak English too good and their website won't accept the info they are asking for...

My second experience with West Capital was awful.
My first experience with West Capital Lending with Garret was great from the start to the end. This time I mostly dealt with Jessica Vo, from misinformation and incredibly poor communication the all around experience was terrible. She was very unprofessional.

I finally stop worrying
I was uncertain about getting a HELOC vs. HEC. After speaking with Isaac Hernandez, and researching it myself, I decided to go with HELOC Loan. Everything was smooth and easy for me. I wish I had known about HELOC sooner. After I signed the document, I received the money in my bank account in three days

Overall a good experience
Overall a good experience. The only fault I could find was several separate requests for documents as opposed to requesting all at one time. Some of the issue may have been the extended time to close. Also, I was responsible for requesting the payoff quotes. I've never had to do that with other lenders.

The loan officer was not easy to reach…
The loan officer was not easy to reach by phone nor was his assistant. he also put the loan request through at 20% down when we told him we wanted to put 15% down, This was quite disturbing as we would have to put an additional 10,000.00 down, in the end he did get the amount of down payment changed.
