Outstanding service from Ashley at With Jack, honestly can’t recommend them enough! I’ve had two issues this year and both times Ashley has gone out of her way to make sure everything is running smoothly which really helps when you are so busy trying to keep your business alive. When ever I have made contact they have always come back with a rapid positive response. It’s a great feeling knowing your business is in safe hands ... thanks guys 😁

The easiest and simplest thing I've managed to get done in a very long time. In an industry which is notorious for being overly complicated, WithJack is friendly, approachable, far more affordable than other well-known providers and extremely fast at setting everything up. An absolute joy.

Being a multi-disciplinary freelancer working with all sorts of clients in all sorts of places meant that I found it very difficult to find comprehensive, affordable insurance at other companies where I didn’t fit in to a neat little box.

I submitted a quote and some circumstantial questions in the evening and was able to have a reassuring, professional and yet friendly chat about my requirements just minutes afterwards!

By the next morning Ashley had arranged the customised policy and I was insured for a very reasonable price.

There was no misleading catches, hidden fees, dubious upsells or confusing wording that you may find elsewhere. Not even any interest when opting to pay monthly.

I’ll be sure to update my review if I have to make a claim but from this interaction so far and everything I have heard from the community I have peace of mind that they’ll be in my corner should the need arise. A personal service that’s backed by the big guys is an ideal solution.

Ashley at With Jack has been fantastic. Every time I have contacted Ashley I get an immediate and personal response. I have had my business insurance policies tailored to my individual needs and my premiums are considerably cheaper than anywhere else I've looked. A friend recommended me and I couldn't be happier.

Everything about With Jack has been excellent, from the onboarding process right through to processing a damage claim. When claiming for a broken laptop Ashley and With Jack made a difficult couple of weeks much more bearable by guiding me through the process and helped get the machine replaced without a hitch!
