when it arrived at my country, They said I had to pay 200 pounds to get my item because of all the tax on nicotine, I thought I had paid for vat. but I guess my country sucks, shame I never got to try any of the zombie vape juices at all, since I can't pay for something that much, even though what I ordered was 66 pounds

Popped into the new shop today, very clean and tidy. Bought a disposable vape which they had loads of brands and flavours to choose from! Also bought Nic salts and again lots of choices and great value - 5 for £13! Male behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend much cheaper that the other shop in Sandbach.

I placed my first order for 4 disposable CBD vapes from this company and when the order arrived 2 of the vapes arrived USED so I emailed called and messaged on their facebook page for 2 days before receiving a reply and the 2 vapes were replaced and were in full working order and this was done in quite a speedy manner after 2 days of hounding them along with a free one which was a nice gesture but this also arrived faulty (liquid was jet black and battery was flat) I tried charging it but it didn’t work and then when I unplugged the vape it literally fell apart in my hands and the liquid went everywhere now I understand it was a freebie but I would still expect them to have been checked before shipping to ensure no more faulty goods were sent out so obviously I contacted them again to let them know they really need to check their stock and to thank them for replacing the other two but my message was met with silence so from a personal position I wouldn’t order from them again and would advise others not to either

Fast efficient service, everything arrived in decent order. My previous order spoiled us a little bit, stuffed with freebies and a little more care in the packing,but this order was more than acceptable, will use you again.

Ive been ordering off here for quite a while now and my recent order I ordered 8 100ml e-liquid and only received 8 50ml,I’ve sent no ends of emails but yet still haven’t heard anything! I am not loosing out on money for product I ordered but haven’t received the correct amount

Been buying from zombie vapes for many years now their own brand and when they have guest juices on sale very good company very good on prices too 👍

Always use zombie vapes for my monthly vape juice top up, have been for the past 3 years or more! Incredible service.

Whilst I appreciate you may not have has the full amount of nice up shots in stock, the solution is to contact me re replacements or to cancel, or to have had it unavailable on the website initially. Not to send an assortment of other nicotine shots without my blessing.

I placed my first order with Zombie Vapes a couple of weeks ago. The prices were great and I got a shipping notification the same day my order was placed.

After five days I noticed that I had yet to receive my items and the tracking details had not updated, with RM still awaiting the package. I sent the team an email and was unaware that website was undergoing maintenance.

A day went by and I had not received a response. At this point I was starting to worry so emailed again stating that I would be initiating a refund if I didn't get a response.

The message immediately received a response from one of their team, who informed me of the websites closure and how inundated with orders they were. Daniel was extremely helpful, polite and apologetic, and offered to send me half of my order for free as well as refund the full amount back to my card.

I received the items the next day along with my refund and cannot express how amazed I am at the level of customer care that went into resolving my issue.

Suffice to say that due to this amazing customer service I will be purchasing items from Zombie Vapes again in the future.

Haven't recieved the item despite ordering it weeks ago

I placed an order for CBD shots (priced £25). I was sent some nicotine booster thing, which they sell for about 80p. Mistakes happen tho!

Edit: after writing this they’ve been in contact and nicely provided a full refund for the item

Ordered a disposable vape, it came and juice was leaked everywhere , inside the charging ports etc. Completely dead and unusable . Sent them an email, will update this review if anything gets done about it.

UPDATE: received a replacement device promptly after reporting the issue, Increased to 4 stars

Paid extra for 1st class postage says 24 hour tracked still not received sent to messages and no one has replied

Always the best service never disappoints

The website is so easy to use and the staff are always great and friendly.
Even though it’s not stated as next day I always seem to get mine next day.
