EDIT: Come on buddy you’re sounding silly now. So a flavoured vape that is flavourless isn’t defective!? Ridiculous. Also great for sending free stuff, most of which had nicotine in. Quality control has to be on your end of things. My intent is to leave a review so people are aware of these issues before they buy. Thats standard practice. I have no reason to email you as I don’t want anything further. You have my money, I have products that are defective as well as some free stuff that is largely useless. Thats it. We live and learn.

that’s your reply? Not your fault? You stock and sell those products, you’re duty bound to ensure they aren’t defective. Yes you sent me a load of nicotine products when I didn’t order anything with nicotine so they’re unusable and went straight in the bin also. End of the day if you stock a product you should have some sort of quality assurance. Also why would I contact you? This is a review website. I’m reviewing my bad experience so others will be aware. I haven’t asked for my money back or anything you can just keep it but it’s my right to say my experience with your company was very poor. I’d have given zero stars if I could

I bought two flavoured Splyft CBD disposables. Unfortunately they both had literally no flavour at all. Tasted just like dirt and smoke. Must have been defective. Straight in the bin. Waste of money. Won’t use again!

Apart from a GREAT customer service, eLiquids are of a very good quality with a great value for money. The scheme, buy 2 and get 1 free or Buy 5 and get 3 free, is really awesome. Have been buying from Zombie Vapes for some time now and without any worries.

Received a freebie from zombie vapes completely out of the blue. Fell in love with the flavours so came back for some with my wallet. Great flavour, easy ordering and quick delivery. Most pleased.

Edit: So I was frustrated due to an issue with my order and I hadn't had any response. However, Zombie vapes have fixed the problem super fast and I am more than happy with their service.

Ordered a few times from Zombie Vapes and the lineup of products, offers and website is all good. The prices am not bad either, but the delivery is consistently poor and after multiple delayed deliveries I feel I will just stop using them all together.

Every time I order I find the dispatch to be slow and delivery always takes 3 - 5 days, this isn't bad if stated but the site always offers 24- and 48-hour options just to arrive 5 days later which is annoying (just say it takes 5 days).

With a world of online retailers delivering items in under 24 hours, this model, especially for something like vape liquids as I know many might order when the bottle is nearly empty is just going to harm your business (I have learned to order when on my last bottle to give this company time) but still, for the majority this is just going to generate negative opinions.

Thank you for your reply, it appears Royal Mail were at fault with this and I would like to apologise, due to the tracking information on RM website it seemed like you hadn't dispatched it when you said and that the item hadn't been received.

My order was supposed to have been delivered 2hrs ago it hasn't ive been in all day? so some got £35 worth of vapes for nothing, and previous order was wrong, can honestly say won't be using these again

my parcel not yet delivered. no one responding. still in customs.
