Ordered two doors from bmw 6 series 2008 , it was delivered to my address in the Uk just in under 1 week which is very impressive , really well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with my purchase and I will be buying more . Definitely recommend it.

Fast delivery to Norway , no problems . Easy to order .Carrier called 30 minutes before delivery .

I thought it went very smoothly, I forgot to write my address only phone number so they contacted me a day after I put the order so I think they are fast and my order is on its way two days after ordering, very satisfied.

It takes tremendous time to ship a small item and they charge 50€ for postal services!

Despite the fact that they have bad reviews, the purchase of the fuel pump I needed for my Audi B6 went extremely smooth and the shipment to Italy was really quick. The fuel pump was like new and the package was well done. I contacted them through WhatsApp to make sure that the exact item I needed was available and then I proceeded with the purchase. The customer service was great and efficient. I will certainly buy again from them. The only thing that makes me sorry is that I needed to pay extra money because they don't collect the old broken pump if sent after the arrival of the purchased one. This is their policy and it is anyway understandable. Other than that I have been truly satisfied and I have no complaints to report!

Things you need to know before you buy from them :
1.When you place an order you can't check the status of you order
2.When you buy an item it will be available even you paid for it ,and when I contacted them they say everything is under control.
3.Sites lacks for information no way to contact the seller.
4.They ship only to credit card billing only. I asked to ship to close address because shipping to USA is huge but they refused.

5.Very slow communications and support.

Pessimi! Dopo il pagamento dell’ordine mi hanno chiesto 300 euro per la spedizione(che era già inclusa nell’ordine). Per attivare il rimborso ho dovuto dire che andavo alla polizia postale per segnalare il sito. Auguri

Prekes gavau per 10 dienų. Gavau tokias kaip užsisakiau. viskas kaip ir gerai.
Bendravimo su klientu jokio. Prisiskambinti į pateiktus telefonus - be šansų. Parašiau laišką su klausimu. Jokios reakcijos. sekantį kartą stipriai pagalvosiu prieš kreipdamasis į šią įmonę.

Sent me out a kit for my XC70 with wrong parts. When I went to return, they said I made the wrong order. I rechecked all and even sent screen shots where it suited my exact model and they still said it was my fault. Would except return of parts. Good to deal with until it goes wrong

Took 3/4 days just to procces the order, did not shipped out the exact same part i ordered, lets see if it is orginal as told. Also told owner of the part will not cut the part, shiped out still it two pieces. communication was okey, offered replacement part when i wasnt happy (replacement was not good but appreciated the effort). At least they asked if the part is acceptable what will be shiped out.

Ho acquistato una centralina gpl ed a distanza di ben 10 giorni, dopo mie insistenti richieste di informazioni a mezzo wharapp e mail, mi rispondono che l'ordine di cui ho ricevuto il numero dopo aver effettuato il pagamento non risulta. Ho inviato sia il riepilogo ordine attivatomi via mail che la ricevuta di pagamento e sono spariti! Veramente vergognoso tale simile comportamento! Non so che pensare mi informerò se nel loro paese questi comportamenti scorretti possono essere segnalati a qualcuno. Voglio i miei soldi o il prodotto da me acquistato e pagato!

Delivered the wrong part, I returned it immediately, store declares that payment is returned within 3-5 work days, it actually took 11 work days to return payment, communication very slow and weak, answered only 1 email with a couple of words, other emails not answered.

I make a order before 3 weeks and they sent me order number that confirm my order an that i will get new email with information about sending details but after they not sent nothing just one time sms on viber that they will check what is happen with my irder now i try to contact many time but all the time number is busy nobody answer email two of them not work what is happen i dont know is fake company or what
