Package arrived whithin a week. the communication about the status of the sending was clear and quick and the package arrived well packed and in good shape in my town in the Netherlands.

Got the product exactly as shown on the photo, in perfect condition, packed carefully. Communication was also good, i got the package few days after i ordered it on the website. Since i have a car rare in EU, it is difficult to find used parts for it, so this company is great help finding what i need. Surely i will buy from them again.

I ordered seats + front console for BMW. Got only seats, no front console as it was on photo. Waiting for the answer till today....Don't recommend.

Recomiendo encarecidamente no comprar nada en Xdalys, se quedan con tu dinero, no envían el producto y no responden cuando contactas con ellos.
No permitas que te estafen.

commande 41460, 2 mails envoyés, aucune réponse, ça fait 24 jours que j'ai commandé une pièce pour un poids lourds scania que je n'ai toujours pas reçu et aucune nouvelle ...A 1000 euros la pièce je commence à perdre patience ! aucun suivi colis, aucune reponse des gens de ce site.... je changerai mon avis le jour où je serais remboursé ou si je reçois cette pièce...

I definitely would not use this company again. For nearly 8 weeks I’ve been thinking I’m out of pocket £1000 and been scammed. No return to any email. No updates. I did speak a lad called Thomasz a couple of times when they picked up. Finally today the lights turned up thank god even having to pay an extra £200 for import charges. And a bracket was broke that wasn’t in the photo. I’ve saved 300-800£ from eBay price or £2500 from Volvo but I’ve aged 10years and been scared/stressed/worried for nearly 2months. Next time I will either buy off of eBay or a uk scrapyard or wait. Never again. Thankyou but NO Thankyou. Never ever again

I received a defective item. I tried contacting the seller by email, phone, and WhatsApp. Nobody answers. No customer service, no account/registration where to check your order. Once you buy the item, there is no way to contact the seller. I would not recommend it.

This company is NOT trustworthy!! The communication is dreadful! They claimed in the end that the package was lost and I could order something else!

I needed to insist to get an official cancellation email of my order with the refund amount etc.

They finally did send me the email but not the refund yet .. can take up to 1 week to get the refund so a whole month was lost!

Please read all the reviews as I didn’t!

I suspect that this is a money scam where they do refund but taking interest somehow using your money.

There is no other reason to delay the conversations as much as they do and making excuses and false promises

Ordered part númer 81770-D4310 for KIA Optima. Gas spring for tailgait. Got part number 81770-D3100 for Hyundai Tucson.
Not the same as I ordered and I can't use it.
Why?

Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs. Certes je n'ai eu à faire à eux que pour un remboursement suite à une annulation de commande de ma part, mais je peux vous garantir qu'il n'y a pas eu d'arnaque. Remboursement rapide.

no customer service , no registration . gave me a tracing number but did not indicate the name of the carrier

Ordered side skirt for car on 3rd July at cost of 227e. Paid and received email saying would be notified when item was shipped.5weeks passed no communication. Sent email and what's app on 1st August inquiring re part. Got emsil to say provider hadn't sent on part and they apologised and i would get refund. Received refund but it was just bit of waste of time. Plus i had to chase it up. Just pot luck but at least got money back.
Happy to have refund but lack of communication re part is frustrating.

I bought a light for a Citroen C6. Parts for that car are very hard to find. Payment and delivery went without a problem. The part is in perfect condition. Thank you.
