There is no proper communication between sellers and exchanges and buyers. Purchases and fees and after 3 weeks it turns out that it will take 3 months to fulfill the spare part order, Xdalys should inform the buyer immediately, not when the buyer has waited 3 weeks and starts to worry about where the ordered spare parts are.
Very unprofessional sales work by the salesmen of Xdaly's Lithuanian office. Obviously, they should be trained.
